New Exhibition at Brock Keep: 20-23 August 2020
As
we gradually emerge from the depths of lockdown, Openhand Openspace are
proud to present a socially distanced group show by three young
artists, Thomas Hudson, Cyrus Hung and Ernest Robert Kulik.
Titled
'Frogs, Pigeons, and Ernest', the show features sculpture and video
work (with frogs, pigeons and Ernest himself!) that are tied together
with an overarching sense of humour and lightheartedness. Through these
works, the three artists attempt to restore laughter and delight to
their masked visitors amidst this annus horribilis, whilst exploring the
quintessentially fashionable themes of identities, environments and
institutional critique.
Opening times:
Thursday: 20.08.20 2-6pm
Friday: 21.08.20 2-6pm
Saturday: 22.08.20 12-8pm
Sunday: 23.08.20 12-4pm (all artists will be present)
